Degeneria Image Gallery:

The gigantopteroid web site contains three image galleries displayed as in-line frames. The first Image Gallery contains more than 200 images of wildflowers. The second of three image galleries located below, contains several scanning electron micrographs of the floral organs of Degeneria vitiensis (Degeneriaceae, Magnoliales, Magnoliidae). The scanning electron micrographs are from flower parts collected in tree canopies of Degeneria at the Naitaradamu and Delaikoro study areas of the Fiji Islands of the South Pacific Ocean.

A third image gallery contains scanning electron micrographs of Haptoncus takhtajanii, a species of Australasian nitidulid beetles.
